Troubleshooting method depends on the damage severity. Short terms solution provided based on available resources. Preventive measures will be applied to eliminate reoccurrence of the same issue. We also provide online troubleshooting via remote access.
Preventive maintenance is very important to ensure prolong transmitter life span. Our country tropical climate is one of the factors for increase in transmitter failure rate. Weather changes and many others factors can indirectly impact the transmitter behavior. Preventive maintenance is the only solution to overcome this issue.
Tank cleaning and transmitter upgrading will require this process. For tank cleaning, de-commissioning task is very important to prevent from severe damage to the gauge or temperature probe due to ongoing tank cleaning process.
We are committed to provide solution to client due to high failure rate of transmitters. Preventive measures taken to prevent from any damage to PCB power supply card. Surge arrester is the ideal cost saving method proposed. Surge arrester able to limit the voltage on the transmitter by discharging surge current to ground. Meaning transmitter will still be in healthy condition even in the event of presence of surge.
We provide qualified, experience and highly trained technicians. Wide knowledge in electrical works and able to use critical thinking on giving solutions based on the condition and situations. We provide engineering cabinet designing mainly for HMI, PLC and DCS control. Designing instrumentation cabinet from scratch or refurbished old cabinet with latest technology.
Commissioned 17 units (1st Phase) of Honeywell ENRAF 990 Flexline radar gauge and 762 VITO temperature transmitter with redundancy CIU888.
Full involvement form engineering up to site acceptance test (SAT).
Commissioned 4 units of Honeywell ENRAF 990 Flexline radar gauge, 762 VITO temperature transmitter and ST800 pressure transmitter with redundancy CIU888.
Due to Covid-19 restriction, commissioning performed via remote access with assist from technician for hand-on task at site.
Commissioned 16 units of Rosemount 5900C with Rosemount 1420 Smart Wireless Gateway via Rosemount 775 Wireless Thum.
Full involvement form engineering up to site acceptance test (SAT).
ATB: Single mode CIU888 for Phase 1. No migration performed for Phase 2. Client agreed to maintain CIU880 for Phase 2 as full set of spare parts available from the migration of Phase 1 CIU880.
KTSB: Redundancy CIU888 with redundancy Entis Pro workstation.
KAFS: Single mode CIU888.
